MEET THE FOUNDER
My name is Mia Dalcour
I am the owner and founder of Beyond the Cusp Consulting LLC. I have over a decade of experience in consulting and business management. I provide one-on-one business and executive coaching, and I have a passion for change and transformation.

I am currently certified as an MBWE, Minority Business and Women-Owned Enterprises. I also instruct and encourage other minority and women business owners to become certified in order to take advantage of state procurement opportunities.
​
I have spent 12 years organizing and restructuring teams and businesses, mastering the art of change and transformation. I have also led the transformation of several million-dollar businesses.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Clarke University and a Master's in Computer Science from DePaul University.
