Mia Dalcour is the owner and founder of Beyond the Cusp Consulting LLC. She has over a decade of consulting and business management experience. She provides one-on-one business and executive coaching and has a passion for change and transformation.
She is currently working on becoming certified as an MBWE, Minority Business and Women Owned Enterprises, to instruct and encourage other minority and women business owners to be able to become certified in order to take advantage of state procurement opportunities.
Mia has spent 12 years organizing and restructuring teams and businesses and has mastered the art of change and transformation. Mia has also led the transformation of a few million dollar businesses as well.
She has a Bachelors of Science in Biology from Clarke University and a Masters in Computer Science from DePaul University.
